For any purchases made in-store or online at SoftMoc, when the Gift Receipt option is requested, the return period is extended until January 3rd, 2026.
Refund Requirements
To receive a full refund, the original receipt, gift receipt, and original payment method must all be presented.
Exchange or Store Credit Requirements
The gift receipt must also be provided to qualify for the extended return period (until January 3rd, 2026) for an exchange or store credit, and all standard return conditions must be met (items must be unworn and in their original packaging).
If a gift receipt was not issued at the time of a purchase, it will not qualify for the extended period.
