We know how stressful it can be when your credit or debit card is lost or stolen — especially if you’re expecting a refund.
While all refunds must be processed to the original method of payment, we understand this may not always be possible. The good news is, we have a couple of secure and convenient options to help you complete your in-store return and still receive your funds.
Refund to a Gift Card
Quick and convenient!
We can issue your refund to a SoftMoc gift card that does not expire.
You can use the gift card for any future purchase — either in-store or online!
This is the quickest solution if your card has been cancelled or replaced.
Refund by Cheque
Prefer to receive a cheque? No problem!
Our Head Office can mail a refund cheque directly to the address you choose.
Our in-store team will first issue your refund to a temporary gift card and provide you with a return receipt for your records. They’ll then complete a Cheque Request Form with your details — including your mailing address — so our Head Office can mail your cheque directly to you.
Please note that mailing and processing times may vary depending on postal delivery.
