What is SoftMoc's Return Policy?

Return Eligibility

  • All in-store and online purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, in the original shoebox/packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.

  • Items in unsellable condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Online refunds: processed automatically to the original payment method.

  • In-store refunds: must include the original payment method and receipt to receive a full refund or exchange.

  • Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store and are not eligible for online returns.

Warehouse Store Purchases

  • Items purchased at Warehouse Store locations (Whitby and Orfus Road) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • If your order does not qualify for a free return label, return via a courier of your choice to our Online Returns Team at the address provided during RMA.

  • Orders that incurred a shipping fee are not eligible for a prepaid return label.

Note: Some exclusions apply.
