Return Eligibility
All in-store and online purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, in the original shoebox/packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.
Items in unsellable condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Online refunds: processed automatically to the original payment method.
In-store refunds: must include the original payment method and receipt to receive a full refund or exchange.
Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store and are not eligible for online returns.
Warehouse Store Purchases
Items purchased at Warehouse Store locations (Whitby and Orfus Road) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.
Return Shipping
If your order does not qualify for a free return label, return via a courier of your choice to our Online Returns Team at the address provided during RMA.
Orders that incurred a shipping fee are not eligible for a prepaid return label.
