Returning Online Orders

Start a Return

  • Log into your SoftMoc Rewards AccountOrder TrackingReturn Order.

  • No account? Use: Return & Exchange Page.

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase.

  • Any order placed online can be returned to a local SoftMoc store (with the exception of our two Warehouse Stores) Locations

  • Online-Only items do qualify for returns/exchanges.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn in the original shoebox.

  • Shoebox must be packed inside a sturdy shipping box (if mailing).

  • Include a copy of your invoice.

Prepaid Labels

  • Orders with Free Shipping qualify for a prepaid label (sent via email after RMA).

  • Print and attach the label, then drop off with the listed courier.

  • Labels can be re-printed anytime on the Return & Exchange Page.

  • Clearance items: usually not eligible for prepaid labels. Return in-store for free or cover your own shipping.

If You Paid for Shipping

  • A prepaid label will not be provided.

  • Request your RMA, then return with your own courier (address in RMA email) or visit a SoftMoc store at no cost. Locations

Additional Information

  • RMA is required for all mailed returns.

  • Package items securely to prevent damage.

  • Rural customers: if your prepaid label lists a non-local courier, contact Customer Care.

  • Refund/exchange updates will be sent by email once processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
