Returns/exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase.
Any order placed online can be returned to a local SoftMoc store (with the exception of our two Warehouse Stores) Locations
Online-Only items do qualify for returns/exchanges.- Orders that have already been shipped or processed for shipping cannot be cancelled. Wait for delivery to initiate the return process.
Return Requirements
Items must be unworn in the original shoebox.
Shoebox must be packed inside a sturdy shipping box (if mailing).
Include a copy of your invoice.
Prepaid Labels
Orders with Free Shipping qualify for a prepaid label (sent via email after RMA).
Print and attach the label, then drop off with the listed courier.
Labels can be re-printed anytime on the Return & Exchange Page.
Clearance items: usually not eligible for prepaid labels. Return in-store for free or cover your own shipping.
If You Paid for Shipping
A prepaid label will not be provided.
Request your RMA, then return with your own courier (address in RMA email) or visit a SoftMoc store at no cost. Locations
Additional Information
RMA is required for all mailed returns.
Package items securely to prevent damage.
Rural customers: if your prepaid label lists a non-local courier, contact Customer Care.
Refund/exchange updates will be sent by email once processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.- Duplicate orders that have already been shipped can be returned using the standard return methods for a refund.- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
