Are Online Clearance Items Final Sale?

Good news! Clearance items can still be returned - they’re not final sale.

  • Clearance items are inspected to ensure they are in good condition but may ship without their original box or packaging.

  • Inventory is limited and available while quantities last.

  • Returns require items to be unworn, in their original packaging (if available), and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Online & In-Store Returns

  • Clearance items purchased on softmoc.com can be returned online or at any SoftMoc Retail location within 60 days of purchase (following our Return Policy).

  • Returns must include proof of purchase and original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Free size exchange is not available for online Clearance items.

  • Customers can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping and online return fees may apply to Clearance items.

  • Customers must cover return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information

  • Discount coupons are not valid on Clearance items.

  • Clearance items purchased at Whitby Warehouse or North York Warehouse locations have 15 days for return or exchange, following our Refund Policy. Items must be returned to these locations.
