Start An Exchange
Sign in to your SoftMoc Rewards Account → Order Tracking → Size Exchange.
Select the order and choose your new size.
Continue by selecting Exchange via Courier.
Shipping Labels
If your original order shipped with Free Shipping, you’ll receive a prepaid label by email. Print, attach, and drop off with the courier listed (not valid for Next Day couriers).
If you paid shipping, you must get a label from your own courier, or return to a SoftMoc store to avoid fees.
Processing
Once your return is received, a new order will be created for your requested size.
You’ll receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping email with a new tracking number.
Replacement orders are shipped only after the original item is processed.
Exchange processing: 1–5 business days after receipt.
Delivery: Standard 1–10 business days, Express 1–4 business days.
Eligibility
Item must be unworn, in the original shoebox, and (if mailing) inside a protective shipping box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Ensure the prepaid or courier label is attached correctly to avoid delays.
