How Do I Exchange My Order Online?

Start An Exchange

  • Sign in to your SoftMoc Rewards AccountOrder TrackingSize Exchange.

  • Select the order and choose your new size.

  • Continue by selecting Exchange via Courier.

Shipping Labels

  • If your original order shipped with Free Shipping, you’ll receive a prepaid label by email. Print, attach, and drop off with the courier listed (not valid for Next Day couriers).

  • If you paid shipping, you must get a label from your own courier, or return to a SoftMoc store to avoid fees.

Processing

  • Once your return is received, a new order will be created for your requested size.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping email with a new tracking number.

  • Replacement orders are shipped only after the original item is processed.

  • Exchange processing: 1–5 business days after receipt.

  • Delivery: Standard 1–10 business days, Express 1–4 business days.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, in the original shoebox, and (if mailing) inside a protective shipping box.

  • Include a copy of your invoice.

  • Ensure the prepaid or courier label is attached correctly to avoid delays.

  • Some exclusions may apply.

  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable
