How to Earn Rewards Credit
Earn 1 point per $1 spent (before taxes).
Points can be redeemed for a credit toward a single item over $30 (or $40 for $40 credit).
Credits cannot be applied retroactively.
If an item purchased with Rewards credit is refunded, the credit is returned to your account.
For cancelled orders, the applied rewards points or credits are immediately credited back to your account as the transaction is voided.
For refunded orders, the rewards points are returned to your account once the refund has been fully processed.
How to Apply Rewards Credit Online
Log in to your Rewards account.
Add an eligible item to your Shopping Bag.
The system automatically applies your highest available credit to the very first item added to your Shopping Bag.
Credit will appear on both your Dashboard and Shopping Bag.
Can I Save My Rewards Points for Later?
Absolutely! Points never expire.
To save credit for a future purchase, deselect it at the Final Checkout page.
Can a Discount Code Be Used with a Rewards Credit?
Yes! The single item price after applying the discount must be over $30 (or over $40 for a $40 credit).
A discount code can be entered on the Shopping Bag page and the credit will automatically be added to the first qualifying item placed into the Shopping Bag. - After cancellations or refunds, you can verify the return of your rewards points by logging into your account, navigating to the "Rewards History" section, and checking the transaction details.- When rewards points from a refunded order are returned to your account, they can be reused for future purchases. During checkout, the returned credits will automatically apply to eligible items.
