Updating Your Rewards Profile

  • Email changes: email Customer Care at [email protected] with your old and new email.

  • Other details (name, address): Update via the My Profile section in your Rewards account.

Logging Into SoftMoc Rewards with Google

Sign in using your Google account for faster access

  • Visit SoftMoc.com → Click Log In → Select Sign in with Google → Follow prompts.

  • No extra passwords needed.

Missing Points?

  • Points are only added once the order is processed for shipment.

  • Ensure the email linked to your Rewards Account was used.

  • Past guest purchases can be added once you create a Rewards account with the same email.

  • Points will still be earned even if you’re not logged in. Just make sure to use the same email associated with your Rewards account at checkout.
