Requesting a Tax Refund with an Indigenous/Indian Status Card

Taxes are charged at checkout. If you qualify for a tax exemption, you may request a refund after placing your order.

Steps to Request a Tax Exemption Refund

Prepare Required Documents:

Take clear photos of the front and back of your valid Indigenous status card.

Contact Customer Care by Email:

Email Customer Care with your order number and photos of both sides of your status card at [email protected]

Verification by Management: - Management will review the information to confirm eligibility. Additional details (such as credit card information for security purposes) will be required for processing the reimbursement.

Provide Credit Card Information: - For security reasons, SoftMoc does not store credit card details from the initial purchase. Therefore, you will need to call Customer Care and securely provide the required card details again over the phone to enable the manual refund process.

Security and Credit Card Details

SoftMoc prioritizes your security and operates with strict protocols:

  • Credit card details are not retained following purchases. This ensures your financial data remains secure.

  • For manual refunds, the credit card information must be provided again over the phone. This measure ensures that refunds are processed correctly and securely.
