In-Store Pickup Orders
Most in-store pickup orders are free (98% qualify).
Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
Items in stock at your local store are ready within 2 business hours (depending on store hours).
Items shipped from other locations: 1–4 business days after 48-hour processing.
Notifications & Pick-Up Process
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
Wait for the email before going to the store (staff need time to unpack orders).
For multiple items, pick-up times may vary—watch for separate emails.
Bring Order Number & a form of ID - signature is required at pick-up.- If the email confirmation is unavailable, a screenshot of order details is generally acceptable.- Government-issued photo ID is required for identity verification.
If someone else is collecting the order, make sure they bring both a government-issued photo ID and the pickup confirmation email.
Pickup Window & Refunds
Orders should be picked up within 7 days.
Unclaimed orders are refunded automatically to the original payment method.
