Why Isn’t My Discount/Coupon/Promo Code Working?

Item and Brand Exclusions

  • Some items or brands may be excluded from discount/coupon codes.

  • If your code is accepted but the subtotal does not update, the item(s) in your cart are likely excluded.

  • Excluded items will usually be labeled “Excluded Item” in your Shopping Bag after applying the code.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.

  • If the code still doesn’t work, it may have expired.
