Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
All SoftMoc orders ship from our Canadian Distribution Centre or a SoftMoc retail store.
Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations.
Each shipment will have a unique tracking number—check your email for updates.
Delivery
SoftMoc partners with the following carriers for its delivery services: Envoi, FedEx, FleetOptics, Purolator, and UPS.
These trusted carriers are selected based on the delivery address and shipping option chosen at checkout.
SoftMoc is not liable for stolen packages post delivery.

Delivery Times

All packages are safe-dropped if deemed safe by courier
In major Canadian cities, most orders arrive within 48 hours.
Orders shipped from other locations may take a few extra business days.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might still be able to update your address.
Give us a call or chat with a live agent.
We can’t guarantee the change, and the province can’t be changed due to provincial taxes.
Additional Information - Canada Post Update
SoftMoc does not currently use Canada Post for any shipments.
At this time, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or rural route addresses in certain areas.
