When will my order ship? How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

  • All SoftMoc orders ship from our Canadian Distribution Centre or a SoftMoc retail store.

Multiple Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations.

  • Each shipment will have a unique tracking number—check your email for updates.

Delivery

  • SoftMoc partners with the following carriers for its delivery services: Envoi, FedEx, FleetOptics, Purolator, and UPS.

  • These trusted carriers are selected based on the delivery address and shipping option chosen at checkout.

  • SoftMoc is not liable for stolen packages post delivery.

  • If your package was misdelivered or no scans shown after 72 business hours, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, [email protected]

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary by location and courier service.

  • All packages are safe-dropped if deemed safe by courier

  • In major Canadian cities, most orders arrive within 48 hours.

  • Orders shipped from other locations may take a few extra business days.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might still be able to update your address.

  • Give us a call or chat with a live agent.

  • We can’t guarantee the change, and the province can’t be changed due to provincial taxes.

Additional Information - Canada Post Update

  • SoftMoc does not currently use Canada Post for any shipments.

  • At this time, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or rural route addresses in certain areas.
