Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
SoftMoc is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
We strongly recommend registering your gift card to your SoftMoc Rewards Account as soon as you receive it.
This added step helps protect your balance in case your card is misplaced.
Requesting a Replacement (For Registered Gift Cards Only)
If your registered gift card still has a remaining balance, you can request a replacement online:
Go to the Gift Card tab.
Select Email PIN.
Allow 24–48 hours for review and processing.
If approved, you’ll receive an email with a new PIN that can be used with your registered gift card.
