Can my lost or stolen gift card be replaced?

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • SoftMoc is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • We strongly recommend registering your gift card to your SoftMoc Rewards Account as soon as you receive it.

  • This added step helps protect your balance in case your card is misplaced.


Requesting a Replacement (For Registered Gift Cards Only)

If your registered gift card still has a remaining balance, you can request a replacement online:

  • Go to the Gift Card tab.

  • Select Email PIN.

  • Allow 24–48 hours for review and processing.

  • If approved, you’ll receive an email with a new PIN that can be used with your registered gift card.
