Use Your SoftMoc Gift Card for Online Purchases at Checkout!
Select Gift Card as your payment method on the Final Checkout page.
Enter the 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN (found under the scratch area).
Click Add, then complete the Captcha to apply your card balance.
The card amount applies to the first individual item added in your Shopping Bag.
If that item is returned, the funds will be reapplied to the gift card or a new gift card will be sent via email.
Additional Information
If there’s a remaining balance, you can add another payment method.
Keep your gift card after use — all returns are refunded to the original card (or a new gift card will be sent via email).
If you have a registered Rewards Account, we recommend adding your gift card to your account to help protect your balance and ensure secure access.
How to Check Your Gift Card Balance
If your gift card is registered to your Rewards Account, simply log in and select Gift Cards under My Profile. Any registered gift card balances associated with your account will be displayed there.
If you do not have a Rewards Account, or if the gift card has not been registered, you can visit https://www.softmoc.com/ca/giftcards and select Check Gift Card Balance. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 6-digit PIN, then select Check Balance to view the remaining amount.
